This is a series of work called The Paper Crown series. This series shows everyday people, those that I know personally and a few strangers that have affected me in an inexplicable way. I want to convey a sense of wistfulness in each piece, a feeling of nostalgia, things that I want to say out loud but can’t, things that I hope for. – Johanna
